About Me
Hi, I’m Natalia Cardona! I’m a certified doula and the proud owner of Inner Serenity Doula Care, caring for mothers and families from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Growing up in a big family, I’ve always been surrounded by kids and caring for others has always been a huge part of who I am. Outside of doula work, you can usually find me dancing, singing, drinking matcha, working out, spending time with friends, or at some church function haha!

Birth work was never something I planned on doing. I had never even heard of a doula until my mom asked me one day, “Do you know what a doula is?” That question led me to start looking into it, and I quickly realized this work felt so right. Becoming a doula has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, and I truly believe God had a plan for this long before I did. My hope is that every mother and family feels genuinely loved, supported, and cared for in this space.

Inner Serenity was created from the belief that motherhood deserves more than appointments and checkups—it deserves support, advocacy, love, and community. Whether through personalized care or gatherings like The Flourishing Gathering, my heart is to pour back into the women who give so much of themselves. This is more than a business to me; it’s a ministry and an extension of His love, and I’m so excited to see where the Lord continues to take it.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is centered around the belief that every woman deserves support and care during one of life’s most transformative times - the journey of motherhood. I aim to provide not just physical assistance but also emotional and spiritual support, grounding my practice in Biblical principles. In a world where the norm is often to follow a traditional educational path, I’ve chosen to listen to a different call. I believe that the Lord has a unique plan for each of us, and my plan is to serve women and families in their most vulnerable and powerful moments. I may be young, but my heart is full of passion and dedication. I am committed to showing the love of Jesus through my work, helping women feel empowered, supported, and loved during their journey.
This is my philosophy, my mission, and my calling.
